CONSTRUCTION OFFICE

The State of New Jersey handles construction permits for the Borough. The State has a satellite office in Loch Arbour Village, 550 Main Street, Loch Arbour, with hours on Thursdays from 9 AM to 12 Noon. Their local number is 732-517-1393. They can be reached in Trenton at other times during the week at 609-567-3653.

CONSTRUCTION MORATORIUM

There is a moratorium on construction within the Borough from July 1 through Labor Day. Please call Borough Hall for information on applying for a waiver.
