"AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF ALL APPOINTED OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE BOROUGH OF ALLENHURST
IN THE COUNTY OF MONMOUTH AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY (EXCEPTING MEMBERS OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT)"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE BOROUGH OF ALLENHURST, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
That Sections 1, 3 and 4 of an Ordinance to which this ordinance is amendatory be amended to read as follows:
Section 1.
The salaries to be paid elected and appointed officials and employees of the Borough of Allenhurst, County of Monmouth (excepting members of the Police Department) and the time and payment for same is hereby affixed as follows:
Public Works CDL Driver
DPW employees with CDL Licenses shall be paid a minimum of $24,500 and be given a yearly step of $3,000 to be paid on the employee’s anniversary date. Steps shall be given for a maximum of six years. The maximum amount paid shall be $44,500.00.
DPW CDL drivers employed beyond seven years shall be paid in accordance with the following schedule:

Section 2.
The salaries to be paid elected and appointed officials and employees of the Borough of Allenhurst, County of Monmouth (excepting members of the Police Department) and the time and payment for same is hereby affixed as follows:

A clothing maintenance allowance shall be provided to all full-time, non- police employees.
Allowance of $300.00 shall be provided annually
Section 3.
The after described officials shall receive annual compensation not to exceed the amounts hereafter set forth:
Municipal Court Administrator (F/T) $50,000.00
Tax Assessor 10,000.00
Tax Collector 10,000.00
Municipal Prosecutor(s) 20,000.00
Municipal Court Judge 25,000.00
Chief Finance Officer 20,000.00
Code Official 7,500.00
Fire Official 7,500.00
Deputy Fire Official 5,000.00
Zoning Officer 5,000.00
Recycling Coordinator 5,000.00
Right-To-Know Coordinator 1,000.00
Planning Board Attorney 6,000.00
Certified Pool Operator 2,500.00
Public Defender(s) 5,000.00
Planning Board Secretary 7,500.00
Sewer Operator 7,500.00
Treasurer 2,500.00
Section 4.
That temporary, casual, or seasonal employees hereinafter enumerated in this section shall be paid salaries or compensation as prescribed herein, based upon length of service and to be fixed by resolution of the Board of Commissioners:
Beach Club/DPW
Beach Club Manager - not to exceed $20,000.00 salary
Beach Club Assistant Manager - not to exceed $10,000.00 salary
Preseason Membership Staff - not to exceed $3,000.00 salary
Lifeguard Supervisor - not to exceed $20.00 per hour
Lifeguards - not to exceed $15.00 per hour.
Gate, Cabana, Deck, Locker Supervisors - not to exceed $15.00 per hour
Office/Finance Staff - not to exceed $20.00 per hour
Gate Security Staff - not to exceed $7.50 per hour
Cabana Staff - not to exceed $7.00 per hour
Deck Staff - not to exceed $7.00 per hour
Locker Staff - not to exceed $7.00 per hour
Laborers Seasonal/Part-Time - not to exceed 25.00 per hour
Administrative
Municipal Court Administrator Part-time - not to exceed $20.00 per hour
Municipal Court Personnel Part-time - not to exceed $15.00 per hour & $100.00 per court session
Matron - not to exceed $15.00 per hour
Administrative Clerk Part-time - not to exceed $15.00 per hour
SECTION II
All Ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict with the within Ordinance or portions of same, are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency.
SECTION III
The within Ordinance shall take effect twenty (20) days after adoption and publication according to law and shall be retroactive to May 15, 2008.
