Message from the Allenhurst Police Department
Is it just us, or is this summer going by way too fast!??
As we enter this final full month of summer, the Police Department wishes to extend these friendly reminders:
- PLEASE lock your vehicles overnight and do not keep valuables in plain sight, inside of vehicles. Cars are very rarely “broken into” anymore and in almost every case, the vehicles involved are unlocked and the valuables are in the open!
- PLEASE continue to lock up bicycles! Our bicycle thefts are much lower this summer than in previous summers & that is in large part to more bicycles being locked and a greater awareness of the community,
